History
Corporate Directions, Inc. (CDI) started consulting business in 1986, as the first independent strategic management consulting firm based in Japan. 10 consultants from Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Tokyo office established CDI to provide better fitted, tailor-made consulting service for Japanese clients.
Our credo is "Be the Agent of Real Change". We are providing not only the paper-based, traditional strategic consulting services but also assisting and leading our clients to real action so that those paper-based strategies become reality.
CDI has been providing services in Japan and overseas for more than three decades. Currently, CDI is the largest independent strategic consulting firm based in Japan.
